Top 23 Freshmen
Each year, 23 outstanding freshmen are chosen to be part of our Top 23 Freshmen. Twenty-three students are chosen in honor of the year SFA was founded, 1923. These students have gone above and beyond in their first year at SFA to get involved in student organizations, take on leadership roles, and help improve their campus and surrounding community. Many of our past Top 23 Freshmen have gone on to assume impressive leadership positions on campus. Students may nominate themselves for this award, or they may be nominated by someone else, such as another student, faculty or staff member, or organization advisor.
Nominees must meet the following requirements:
- May be considered a sophomore in Spring 2012 by hours, as long as they were a freshman in Fall 2011
- Has been involved with student organizations and/or volunteer activities
